1. How did I feel during planning this presentation? I felt at ease while planning and creating the presentation. Why did I feel this way?
a. I felt this way because I only had to take what Lisa was saying and explain what’s good about it.
2. How did I feel prior to presenting? When the day came to presenting I felt nervous. Why did I feel this way? I felt this way because I found out Lisa had 15 slides the day of.
3. How did I feel while I was presenting? I felt worried. Why did I feel this way? I felt this way because I thought that I was going to be called out on something.
4. What did I personally do well? I think that I had good volume control.
5. What did not go as desired in this presentation?
6. On a scale from 1-10, how well do I think I understood the content? Explain. I would give myself a 5 because some of the content I could understand but not fully.
7. How do I think my group members perceived me? I think they saw me as someone who had no idea what I was talking about. Why do I think this? I think this because I had very little slides.
8. How do I think the 8th graders perceived me? I think they saw as the same way. Why do I think this? I think this because I had not many slides and I had stumbled on words.
9. Knowing that I can only control how I act and react, if I could do this presentation again, what would I change about my actions to make it a more ideal experience? I would have practiced my script more and added more slides.
10. What are my strengths in groups? I can work with almost all the technology on a Mac and I’ll agree with most ideas.
11. What areas do I need improvement? I need to improve on time management.
12. What is the most important thing I learned about myself? I learned that when I actually try I can accomplish almost anything. Why is this so important? This is important because with me knowing that I can positive reinforce myself to achieve my trying to do.
